City Linen International Rental Procedures

All linen and chair cover rentals are placed on our secure website.  When you place your order, you will only be charged 25% of the rental price.  The balance of your order will be charged one week before your items ship, along with the shipping charge.  We will ship you your linen and chair covers so they arrive around 3 days prior to your event.  If you need your items before or after that time, please note this in the order notes.  We recommend ordering a few more pieces than you need, just in case you have additional guests show up.  When the products arrive, open all boxes immediately to inspect all items and ensure the quantities are correct.  We try our best to make sure all products and quantities are 100% correct before leaving our warehouse.  However, if anything is missing CONTACT OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY.  You are responsible for the linens from the time they are delivered to you until they are accepted back to our warehouse.  Any claims for missing or damaged items must be made in writing within the first business day after receiving the rented linen (this can be e-mailed to ordererror@citylinenrentals.com).  Please hold on to the information packet inside the box. This packet contains your return labels, printed order receipt, and instructions for returning the linen.  The linen should be shipped back to us the first business day after your event.  Any missing product or linen not returned by the due date as outlined in our rental agreement will be charged as specified in our rental terms.

Procedures for shipping linens back:
Save the original boxes we ship to you for returning the soiled linen.  Shake out all loose debris and then fold the linen so it will fit in the original boxes.  Please dry any linen that is wet.  Wet linen will mildew, and you will be charged if we have to replace these items.  Use clear tape to close the box.  Remove the old label and place the return label on the top of the box.  You must drop your boxes off at a UPS office facility in your area.  Don’t call them for a pick up, as they charge extra for that (please visit http://www.ups.com/dropoff to find the closest location).  All sashes must have knots removed before they are returned.  There is a $.40 charge to undo all knots in the bows and sashes.  As mentioned above, make sure you keep the return labels that are sent to you with your linen.  Lack of a return label does not constitute a reason for returning the linen past its due date.
