How do I place an order?
All linen and chair cover rentals can be made right here on our website.

Do you have items available that aren’t on the website?
Yes. Please e-mail or call us for any special requests.  If we don’t have it, we can get it.

How much notice do I need to give for my linen order?
We recommend at least 2 weeks, but the more time the better (especially if you need those “hard to find” specialty items).  We are able to ship last minute orders for a small surcharge.

How much money is needed to hold my order?
A 25% deposit is required to reserve all orders.

How will my linens arrive?
UPS.  Make sure you keep the boxes to return the rented linen.

How do I get the linen back to City Linen International?
We will supply you with prepaid UPS return labels.  Simply return the items in the same boxes they arrive in.  Make sure the linen is not wet.  If you are leaving after your wedding, you should make arrangements with a responsible friend or family member to ship the items back the next day.

Can I pick up and drop off my rented linens and chair covers?
Yes.  We are located just north of Fort Lauderdale, FL.  Just give us a call and let us know when you want to come so we will have the product ready.  Just remember you can only pick up your linen 3 days prior to the date of your event.
